Booking and Reservation Policy
Room Reservations:
All bookings must be confirmed by providing accurate personal details, including your name, contact information, and payment details.
Payment:
A valid credit or debit card is required to guarantee your reservation. We accept all major cards, and full payment is required at the time of check-in.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made 48 hours before the check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the first night's stay.
No-Show Policy:
If you fail to arrive on the check-in date without prior notice, the full cost of the first night's stay will be charged.
Check-in and Check-out Policy
Check-in Time: 12:00 PM (Noon). Early check-in may be available upon request, subject to availability.
Check-out Time:
11:00 AM. Late check-out may be available, but additional charges may apply.
Use of Property
Guest Responsibility:
Guests are responsible for maintaining the condition of their room and the hotel's property. Any damage or loss caused by a guest will result in additional charges for repairs or replacements.
Non-Smoking Policy:
Hill View Cottage maintains a strict non-smoking policy in all rooms and public areas. A cleaning fee will be charged for any violations of this policy.
Pets:
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Hill View Cottage.
Code of Conduct
Respectful Behavior:
We ask all guests to maintain a respectful and courteous attitude towards staff and other guests. Any disruptive behavior may result in the guest being asked to leave without a refund.
Noise:
To ensure a peaceful environment, we request that guests keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during night hours.
Liability
Guest Property:
Hill View Cottage is not responsible for any personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged during your stay.
Hotel Property:
Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property caused by themselves, their companions, or visitors.
